That's what I've been trying to get at many times with Zen. 
Posting "for the sake of posting", meaning not showing any real interest in the actual thread or in the content of your reply, but just wanting to increase your post-count, is regarded as spam. For now, seeing as most of you are rather new, I've just been telling you off, but soon I may have to warn some people.
