Topic: movement speed

well,
i would like to be able to change the speed a movement lasts,like if i wanted a long movement to go slower,i could just adjust a bar or something,so?

I plan on making it possible to move a keyframe also in the timeline so you could make it faster or slower.

Can't you delete the keyframe and relocated it?
